Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility
   Open to U.S. residents 18 years or older. By purchasing a raffle ticket, participants agree to all terms listed below.

2. Ticket Sales and Payments

   • All raffle ticket sales are final and non-refundable.

   • No cancellations, exchanges, or refunds will be issued after purchase.

   • Official payment methods are limited to:

     • The secure payment link at www.saskuatch.com, or

     • Direct payment made by calling Saskuatch Customs.

   • Any other payment source or link is not authorized and will not count as a valid entry.

   • Proof of payment serves as confirmation of entry.

3. Drawing

   • All entries will be verified before the drawing.

   • The drawing will be conducted fairly, and results are final.

4. Prize Details

   • Prize includes a fully guided hunt in Cotulla, Texas.

   • Package includes lodging, one guaranteed kill (Axis or Blackbuck), and animal care.

   • Taxidermy, processing, and additional kills are optional and not included.

   • The prize is non-transferable, has no cash value, and cannot be exchanged or sold.

   • The winner is responsible for all transportation, licenses, and personal expenses.

5. Charitable Contribution
   A portion of all raffle proceeds will be donated to the Texas Youth Hunting Program.

6. Verification

   • All entries are tracked and confirmed prior to the drawing.

   • Organizers reserve the right to disqualify any fraudulent or ineligible entries.

7. Liability
   By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless all hosts, sponsors, and affiliates from any liability, loss, or injury resulting from participation in the raffle or use of the prize.
