Saskuatch Customs was founded from a passion for performance, lifestyle, and the outdoors. Originally launched in 2022 as Saskuatch Outfitters—a retail location in downtown New Braunfels, Texas—our brand quickly grew into more than just a storefront. What began as a love for coastal fishing, inland hunting, and the outdoor lifestyle became a full-on mission to create gear that performs just as hard as you do.

Led by founder Taylor Downs, an Alaskan native who lives and breathes the outdoors, Saskuatch Customs specializes in fully custom performance hats that are water-repellent, floatable, sweat-resistant, and built to last. Every product is made with purpose—from the ground up.
